We were recommenced Tyne Flooring and Carpeting by Applewood Kitchens at Moss End Garden Centre to relay our kitchen and utility room flooring after the units were installed.
We opted for the Amtico Spacia light oak flooring which was layed on top of a laytex levelling compound the day before.
Harry the fitter carried out the work across both days and the finished product is fantastic, just wow !
The whole process from visiting the shop, choosing our flooring and having the work carried out was seamless and to a very high standard.
We are so delighted that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use these guys again.Thank you.
Well done to all at Tyne Carpets and Flooring.

The lads that came round were professional, friendly and efficient. they answered all our questions and dealt with the movement of our white goods brilliantly.
The actual latexing and subsequent tiling were carried out with a great deal of professionalism and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Commendation for an Outstanding company.

I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent job the team did for our new Amtico floor. From start to finish, the professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication exhibited by their staff was truly commendable.

The quality of craftsmanship displayed throughout the project was exceptional. It was evident that their team took great pride in their work, ensuring every detail was meticulously attended to. The customer service and support by the whole team, and then the precision in installation and the care taken to achieve a flawless finish have exceeded our expectations.

Moreover, I would like to extend our gratitude for the friendly and accommodating nature of their staff. They were not only highly skilled but also courteous, approachable, and eager to ensure our satisfaction. Their positive attitude and willingness to address our concerns made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

It is rare to come across a company that combines technical excellence with such outstanding customer service. I will not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family(again), and I look forward to using your services in the future.

Once again, thank you for your hard work and dedication. Please pass along our appreciation to your entire team.

Best regards,
Lee & Claire Cooper

Very good company. They do what they say they'll do - fitters are very good and polite. They tidy up and mop after themselves which was appreciated.

We really would recommend for a proper job.

It's not very often that I write a review and almost never do I put 5 stars but when the service from a company like Tyne Carpets is this good I feel I should. I rang just after Christmas and spoke to nice man called Ralph who picked up the phone and had just come in on his day off. He was then kind enough to book me in for a measure up in the new year and from there they gave me a price. I already new what carpet I wanted as I had chosen months before somewhere else. I used to work in the trade as a young lad in the eight's and new what a great service should be like. The fitters were excellent in fact the whole thing from start to finish was great. You wont go wrong if you use this carpet shop. excellent.

Thank you so much for the carpet - it looks incredible and it's exactly what I was looking for!! I'm so happy with the result and can't thank you enough for being patient with me in the store while I picked the right (and suitable) colour/material and for the lovely team you have assembled for the quote and installation. We'll see you again for the next project :)

We were recommended to Jonathan at Tyne Flooring and they did a fabulous job on the Kitchen floor in luxury vinyl tile, whilst we were away on holiday - which was easier for us all
Clean, efficient, professional and nothing was too much trouble throughout the process and communication was excellent
Highly recommend them to all my friends and contacts
